• Counterfeit goods.
• Content that violates another person's rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive communications.
• Attempts to bypass Flipzii's security or systems.

7. Buying and Selling

Buyers and sellers are responsible for communicating with one another and making their own decisions regarding transactions.

Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting another person, inspecting an item, making a payment, or completing a transaction.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Flipzii does not guarantee the quality, condition, authenticity, safety, or legality of items listed by users.

8. Payments and Transactions

Unless a specific Flipzii service states otherwise, Flipzii does not process or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.

Users are responsible for confirming payment arrangements, delivery arrangements, returns, refunds, and other transaction terms with the other party.
